5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. An order is considered accepted only after it has been processed and dispatched by Regura.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order enters processing, milling, packing, or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy and Shipping Policy for details.
7. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
8. Payments
We accept payments through Razorpay via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are securely processed and subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.
9. Shipping
We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
10. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns after delivery. However, we offer replacements for damaged, incorrect, or defective products. Please see our Refund & Replacement Policy for details.
